By accessing or using RepBoostr ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including business owners, agency administrators, and any other persons who access the Service.
RepBoostr provides a software-as-a-service platform that helps businesses manage their online reputation, collect customer reviews, and route feedback. The Service includes QR code generation, review gate functionality, private feedback capture, automated review request messaging, and analytics dashboards.
RepBoostr offers monthly subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Agency). Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize RepBoostr to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited messages, violate any applicable laws or regulations, impersonate any person or entity, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. RepBoostr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The review gate feature routes customers based on their submitted star rating. RepBoostr does not guarantee any specific outcome regarding your Google Business Profile rating or review count. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the review gate complies with Google's review policies and all applicable laws.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all customer data you collect through the Service. RepBoostr will not sell your customer data to third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepBoostr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. RepBoostr's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to RepBoostr in the three months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. RepBoostr may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that RepBoostr believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, RepBoostr, or third parties.
RepBoostr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
